My name is Tolu and I'm an Ottawa-based visual artist.

My paintings explore identity, ambition, and the human experience through portraiture and symbolic imagery. Inspired by personal history and Black culture, I create work that balances emotion with bold composition, inviting viewers to reflect on themselves as much as the subject.
